Scratches, dents, water marks, and localised damage rarely mean a full re-do. Most repairs fall into one of two paths: a colour-matched spot repair, or a single-board replacement using spare boards from the original install if you have them. Either way, the goal is a finish that disappears into the surrounding floor.
To keep things simple, repair work is usually quoted from photos. Send us a few clear shots of the damaged area, the surrounding floor for tone reference, and a measurement or rough size. We'll come back with the recommended approach and an initial quote based on what we can see, confirmed on site once we attend.
If you have spare boards from the original installation, board replacement becomes a viable option for deeper damage or impact marks that can't be filled cleanly. Without spare boards, we focus on spot repairs using colour-matched fills, precision sanding, and re-oiling, restoring the area without disturbing the rest of the floor.
The service is available for floors we've installed and for existing engineered or solid timber floors. Most repairs are completed within a day and can be combined with our Mastercraft Care service if the wider floor would benefit from a deep clean at the same time.
